Run your own book, end to end
You hold the licence and carry the risk — your platform should carry everything else. Loano gives an NBFC the whole lifecycle in one system of record, with the controls RBI scrutiny assumes.
What breaks first at scale
Bureau in one tab, e-sign vendor in another, collections in a spreadsheet — and the truth of a file scattered across all three.
When the auditor asks who changed the sanctioned amount and why, the answer lives in memory and WhatsApp, not on a record.
Mandates missed at onboarding, penalties tracked by hand, discounts vanishing without a trail — small leaks, compounding monthly.
Every hundred extra files needs another person, because nothing about the process gets cheaper as it repeats.
How teams like yours run on Loano
Every application, decision, rupee and message on one platform — with each desk scoped to its lane and admins seeing across all of it.
Bureau pulls, FOIR and AI briefs feed a sanctioned decision that generates disclosure-complete paperwork the moment it’s made.
A mandate before disbursal, maker-checker before release, and payout files that carry your NBFC as remitter.
Auto-debit does the routine work; links, part-payments and a dedicated NPA desk handle everything else — on the record.
Your NBFC identity on everything
Regulated lending is identity-sensitive work. Loano prints yours exactly where it belongs.
- Documents — legal name, CIN and registered office on every KFS, sanction letter and agreement.
- Payouts — remitter identity on disbursal files is your NBFC — matching the paperwork.
- Borrower surfaces — portal, emails and domains carry your brand; the platform stays invisible.
We went from spreadsheets and WhatsApp forwards to a single pipeline with every action on the record. Our first disbursal through Loano happened in week one — KYC, e-sign and mandate all in a single sitting.

Frequently asked
Can we migrate a live book?
Yes — enterprise onboarding includes migration assistance, and live books have been moved onto the platform including in-flight loans, mandates and repayment schedules. We scope it in the first call.
How long to go live?
The platform is ready the day your entity is provisioned. Typical go-lives take one to two weeks, most of which is your provider paperwork — bureau agreements, gateway KYC, e-sign onboarding — which we drive with you.
Whose provider accounts does it run on?
Yours. Bureau, payments, e-sign and comms run on your own agreements and keys, encrypted at rest and configured per entity from one screen.
